About this service
Many countries recognise well-known marks, and the Paris Convention asks its members to protect them. Each country decides on its own evidence and in its own process. We assemble the proof of reputation and present the request, with local partners where needed.
What is included
- An early view on whether your mark has a realistic chance
- A list of the evidence: sales, advertising, awards, press, surveys and years of use
- Preparation of the request, or of the argument in a dispute
- Filing in the countries you choose
How it works
- Tell usDescribe what you have and what you want to achieve, and in which countries.
- We lookA specialist studies your case, with a local partner where the work is in another country.
- We reportYou get our findings and a plain-language recommendation, with a written quote for the next step.
- You decideNothing is filed or charged without your approval. We carry out what you decide.
Each country decides on recognition, and the bar is high. We cannot promise it, and we tell you early if the evidence looks thin.
