Prices
The countries and offices we work with. A quote has two parts: the official fee charged by the office and our own fee. We show them separately, in euros and dollars, for one class.

Choose a service, a country and the number of classes. You see the official fee and our fee separately. Where a price is not set yet, it says so and you can ask us for a quote.

Charged only if it happens
Some work becomes necessary only in certain cases. We charge for it only if it happens, and we always send a separate quote first.
Reply to an objection
Sometimes the office finds a problem with an application and asks for a reply or a change. We prepare and file that reply. See office action response.

Reply to an opposition
If someone opposes your application, a response is usually needed within a deadline set by the office. We quote the work once we have seen the opposition.

Anything beyond the normal filing, such as extra steps the office asks for. Additional classes are quoted in the same way.

Each quote comes in writing before we start. Official fees for these steps, where an office charges them, are shown separately. Nothing is done or charged without your approval.
If a case turns into a full dispute, such as an opposition that is contested, a cancellation action or an appeal, we arrange it through our partners in the country concerned and quote it separately. See Trademark Disputes.

How to read these prices
- One class. Prices are for one class of goods or services. For additional classes, ask us and we will quote.
- No VAT. Prices exclude VAT and local taxes.
- Official fees change. They are set by each office. The amounts here were checked on 2 October 2026; the quote you receive shows the fee in force on the day.
- Currencies. Offices charge in their own currency (shown under the amount). Euro and dollar figures are conversions at the ECB euro foreign exchange reference rates of 1 October 2026 (1 euro = 1.1298 US dollars). The dollar figures refresh to the latest rate when this page opens. They are estimates and move with exchange rates.
- Our fee. Our own fee is shown separately from the official fee. Where it says “On request”, we will send you the exact amount before anything is filed.
- Payment and refunds. You approve the quote, pay by bank transfer, and we file after payment. When you pay · Payment and refunds.
- No price shown? We are still confirming that office’s fees. Ask us and we will tell you.
