Patent Registration
A patent gives you a time-limited right to stop others from making, using or selling your invention in the country where it is granted. We prepare and file your application there, with local patent specialists where needed, and follow it until the office decides.
About this service
Patent rules differ from country to country, and the first filing sets dates that matter for every later one. We help you choose the route: a national application, a regional one, or an international application under the Patent Cooperation Treaty followed by national phases. The application itself is drafted by specialists who know your technical field and the office.

- Advice on the route and the order of the filings, country by country
